Chris Fleming - General Manager
Chris is the General Manager and jack-of-all-trades at COBB Tuning Plano. He has over 12 years of service, parts and sales experience in car dealerships in the Dallas area. Chris also has an extensive and successful history in racing. He has been a member of the SCCA every year since 1988, has won several National Tours, Divisional Championships and class wins in Pro Solo Autocross. He's been a Team Captain in One Lap of America, an SVRA vintage roadracer and was the driver of Conebasher, the ultimate Subaru autocross racer. Chris's unique dealership and racing experience will ensure that you get your project on track with outstanding professionalism, timeliness and customer service.
Neil Bywater - Service Advisor/Build Consultant
Neil is the Project Build Consultant and Service Advisor at COBB Tuning Plano. He is the man to answer any technical questions regarding projects, parts installation and scheduling for dyno tunes. Neil has 5 years of service history with Subaru of America and worked closely with COBB Tuning before joining the Plano team. A hardcore enthusiast, he enjoys driving his WRX hybrid and is opening up the schedule for more track time!
Calvin Dotson - Top Tuner/Head Technician
Calvin Dotson is the Top Tuner for COBB Tuning Plano. Calvin is one of the few tuners in the United States to be trained exclusively by COBB Tuning Calibration Specialists. Calvin has extensive history in the auto industry, is a Subaru Senior Master Technician, certified ASE Master Technician and has completed GM's ASEP program. As a fellow enthusiast, Calvin drives a fully bolted 2008 MAZDASPEED3 and plans to pioneer the E-85 tuning side of it very soon.

Barry Chappell - Technician
Barry is a graduate of GM's ASEP Program, a ASE Master Technician and a 12 year dealer veteran, his varied experience makes him a perfect fit at COBB Tuning Plano. Barry is our resident Honda Guru, daily driving his Accessport tuned 2008 Civic SI he looks forward to stretching its legs at local track days.
Jorge Gonzales - Technician
Jorge is a graduate of GM's ASEP Program as well and is a 12 year dealership heavy line specialist technician where he excelled in engine building and transmission repair. His qualities and experience makes for a great fit for big engine build projects here at COBB Tuning Plano.
