Having issues with your COBB products? We have tons of great resources for helping you out! Follow the steps below to get the fastest and best help possible.

Step 1: First, check out the user manuals available on cobbtuning.com/install or visit cobbtuning.com/support for various technical information. This is the fastest way to get an easy answer.
Step 2: If you still can't figure out what you need, please call us or shoot us an email. The phone number is 866-922-3059 and our email is email@example.com. We are open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM Central time zone.
Step 3: If your item needs to be returned for repair, replacement, or a refund, the customer service agent will send you a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package so we can easily track your item and expedite service. Without this number, we won't know what do to with it!
Step 4: You will also need to print out the service form available here and include it in your package. Then, ship your items to the address below:
VEHICLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND EMISSIONS DISCLAIMER
Some items used and/or installed by COBB Tuning may void portions of your vehicle's factory warranty. Some items may not be legal for "on highway use". COBB Tuning makes no guarantees to the legality of any parts used for "on highway vehicles" and accepts no responsibility for compliance with the vehicle's factory warranty.
COBB TUNING 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
COBB Tuning is committed to exceeding our customer's expectations! Therefore we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all COBB Tuning branded products. If you purchased your COBB Tuning branded product directly from COBB Tuning, we back it up with a 30-Day Money Back guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the performance of your COBB Tuning product, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only offered on products purchased directly from COBB Tuning facilities. Product install, uninstall and return shipping expenses are not included in the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

COMPONENT LIMITED WARRANTY
COBB Tuning Products, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that all components manufactured by COBB Tuning, or sold under the COBB brand, and purchased directly from COBB Tuning or from an Authorized COBB Tuning dealer hold a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship ("Limited Warranty"Â). This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of the component. This Limited Warranty is intended to cover components only when they are used in the manner for which they were originally designed. This Limited Warranty is void on all products found to have been used in racing or off-road applications, of any nature whatsoever, and on all products that show evidence of abuse, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, misapplications, alteration in any way whatsoever from their original design or negligence in the use of COBB Tuning products. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal maintenance or wear items such as belts, brake pad material, clutch disc friction material, and brake rotors. COBB Tuning accepts no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or costs or grievances incurred by failure of a COBB Tuning component, including but not limited to labor and shipping costs. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said 12-month warranty period and shall be limited to the express terms and provisions of this Limited Warranty.
All work warranted against defects in workmanship for 12,000 miles or 12 months; whichever occurs first. No warranty provided on failures caused from defects in customer supplied parts. No warranty on any items on work found to fail due to abuse, neglect, racing, or any scenarios considered outside normal driving conditions. Some modifications may void portions of the factory warranty. COBB is not responsible for any costs incurred by customer due to factory warranty refusal. Not responsible for any costs or damage incurred to vehicle, persons, or other property as a result of any work performed by COBB.
PROCEDURES FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
In the event a problem occurs with a COBB component, please contact COBB Tuning at 866-922-3059 during our normal business hours. When speaking to a customer representative, you will need to have your invoice number on hand. The following steps will then be followed: 1. COBB representative will determine if product will have to be returned to COBB Tuning for inspection. A RMA number will be given to be placed clearly on the shipping label. 2. The retailer or the customer will ship the component in question back to COBB Tuning, including the original sales receipt and a clear description of the exact problem experienced. It is the responsibility of the retailer or the customer to pay for shipping back to COBB Tuning. 3. If COBB finds the component to be defective and within the warranty period, COBB will repair, replace, or issue credit to the customer at COBB's option. Any repaired or replaced product will be returned to the retailer or customer, freight prepaid via ground or by truck. Please note that no replacement warranty parts can be shipped until original parts are returned to COBB tuning for inspection.
SHIPPING ERRORS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
When receiving a shipment, please inspect packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier within 3 (three) days of receiving items. COBB insures all orders over $100 and is not responsible for any damages incurred in transit. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a shipping call tag at no charge or have you ship via ground to COBB and we will reimburse the shipping charges. Correct components will be reshipped via ground and you will be only charged for the parts. When incorrect parts are received, we will issue a credit. You have 7 days from date of receiving shipment to make a claim. No claims made after this time frame will be honored.
