Please follow the instructions below if you are experiencing any difficulties with your COBB product. We at COBB Tuning are more than happy to assist you with any problems you may be experiencing, but it would be greatly appreciated if you followed the following steps in order to reach a resolution.
Step 1: Read the Trouble Shooting section of your User Guide (Accessport customers) There is a lot of good information in there, please take advantage of it. Also be sure to check our forums for possible solutions.
Step 2: If the above suggestion do not yield a resolution, give our Customer Service dept a call. Email may take longer to resolve so we suggest calling via phone. The CS number is: 866.922.3059, hours are from 9am - 6pm CST.
Step 3: Obtain a Ticket Number if the item needs to be returned for service, repair, or replacement. You will need to clearly print this number on the outside of the box. (NOTE: If you do not have a Ticket Number on the outside of the package, it will be refused and returned back to the sender.)
Step 4: Once you have the Ticket Number, you will need to print the Service Form (link below), include all the required information (Please fill out the form thoroughly, forms lacking information cannot be processed in a timely manner. Thank You.), and send the form with the item.
VEHICLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND EMISSIONS DISCLAIMER
Some items used and/or installed by COBB Tuning may void portions of your vehicle's factory warranty. Some items may not be legal for "on highway use". COBB Tuning makes no guarantees to the legality of any parts used for "on highway vehicles".
COBB TUNING 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
COBB Tuning is committed to our customers' satisfaction. Products with the "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" icon are eligible for this customer satisfaction program. If you purchased your COBB Tuning manufactured bolt-on performance or Accessport hardware product directly from COBB Tuning, we back it up with a 30-Day Money Back guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the performance of your COBB Tuning product, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is only offered on products purchased directly from COBB Tuning facilities. Product install, uninstall and return shipping expenses are not included in the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Simply contact a COBB Tuning customer representative at 866-922-3059 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and ship the product with all packaging, hardware cables, documentation and receipt of purchase to:
The RMA number must be clearly visible on the shipping label or shipping box. Any returned products without a RMA number will be refused.

All components manufactured by, or sold under the COBB brand, hold a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty is intended to cover components only when they are used in the manner for which they were originally designed. Warranty is void on all products found to have been used in racing or off-road applications, of any nature whatsoever, and on all products that show evidence of abuse, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, misapplications, alteration in any way whatsoever from their original design or negligence in the use of COBB Tuning products by the original retail purchaser or by any agent of the original retail material. These warranties specifically exclude, but are not limited to, any normal maintenance and wear items such as belts, brake pad material, clutch disc friction material, and brake rotors. COBB Tuning accepts no responsibility for any costs or grievances incurred by failure of parts; including but not limited to labor and shipping costs.
All work warranted against defects in workmanship for 12,000 miles or 12 months; whichever occurs first. No warranty provided on failures caused from defects in customer supplied parts. No warranty on any items on work found to fail due to abuse, neglect, racing, or any scenarios considered outside normal driving conditions. Some modifications may void portions of the factory warranty. COBB is not responsible for any costs incurred by customer due to factory warranty refusal. Not responsible for any costs or damage incurred to vehicle, persons, or other property as a result of any work performed by COBB.
PROCEDURES FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS
In the event a problem occurs with a COBB component, please contact COBB Tuning at 866-922-3059 during our normal business hours. When speaking to a customer representative, you will need to have your invoice number on hand. The following steps will then be followed: 1. COBB representative will determine if product will have to be returned to COBB Tuning for inspection. A RMA number will be given to be placed clearly on the shipping label. 2. The retailer or the customer will ship the component in question back to COBB Tuning, including the original sales receipt and a clear description of the exact problem experienced. It is the responsibility of the retailer or the customer to pay for shipping back to COBB Tuning. 3. If COBB finds the component to be defective and within the warranty period, COBB will repair, replace, or issue credit to the customer at COBB's option. Any repaired or replaced product will be returned to the retailer or customer, freight prepaid via UPS Ground or by Truck. Please note that no replacement warranty parts can be shipped until original parts are returned to COBB tuning for inspection.
SHIPPING ERRORS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
When receiving a shipment, please inspect packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier within 3 (three) days of receiving items. COBB insures all orders over $100 and is not responsible for any damages incurred in transit. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will issue a UPS Call Tag at no charge or have you ship via UPS Ground to COBB and we will reimburse the shipping charges. Correct components will be reshipped via UPS Ground and you will be only charged for the parts. When incorrect parts are received, we will issue a credit. You have 7 days from date of receiving shipment to make a claim. No claims made after this time frame will be honored.
