Our Porsche Expert Group has been hard at work preparing some exciting new software and firmware updates!  In our continued effort to offer the most comprehensive tuning solution available for the Porsche aftermarket, we now offer full custom tuning support for the Porsche 991 Turbo and Turbo S.  We are also excited to announce the availability of custom features such as MAF-less tuning support, Boost Off The Line, and 3Bar MAP Sensor support for various Porsche vehicles!

Porsche Accesstuner Software Updates (1.9.1.0-10930)

• 991 Turbo and Turbo S tuning support
  • Porsche Accesstuner Pro now supports full custom tuning for the 991 Turbo and Turbo S.  Want to take your car beyond the spectrum of our Off The Shelf Maps?  Visit a Certified Protuner to have your car custom tuned!
• 996 and 997.1 MAF-less Tuning
  • All supported 996 Turbos and 997.1 Turbos now have the option to run the vehicle in a MAF-less setup with custom tuning.  This configuration is beneficial on cars that are equipped with larger turbochargers capable of producing airflow greater than the factory MAF sensors can accurately measure.
• 997.1 Boost Off The Line (BOTL)
  • With our custom BOTL code, users are able to load the motor and create boost to enhance the vehicle’s launch.
• 997.1 3-Bar MAP Sensor Support
  • In the quest to maximize horsepower, factory MAP sensors have proven to be a limitation when running higher boost levels.  With the addition of our 3-Bar MAP Sensor kit and custom tuning, these cars are now able to accurately measure above 22.5psi.
• ECU Selection Filter
  
  • As we continue to add new vehicle support to Accesstuner, finding the correct ECU file can become cumbersome.  We’ve added a filtered selection box to aide in vehicle selection in Accesstuner.

Accessport Firmware Updates

In order to facilitate all of these awesome new features, there are updates to Accessport Firmware as well as new versions of our Off The Shelf (OTS) map files.  All updated map files are labeled as v101 (or v102), an update from the original v100 maps.   To access the new firmware and map files, simply connect your Accessport to Accessport Manager and perform a Firmware Update.  After updating Accessport firmware, connect the Accessport to your vehicle and follow on-screen instructions to flash an updated map file.
