Description
Accesstuner is undergoing various updates and is not available at this time
Accesstuner is engine tuning software created for enthusiast tuners. Accesstuner allows the user to get into the heart of the OEM ECU and create custom calibrations for vehicles equipped with virtually any performance modification. The end result is a tune that is custom tailored to the vehicle's unique modifications, producing maximum power gains while maintaining the drive-ability and sophistication inherent in the OEM ECU.
COBB Tuning does not provide calibration support for Accesstuner users. For information regarding tuning strategies and tips, reference the Tuning Guides mentioned below.
System Requirements: Windows 8.1, 10; (Windows ARM not supported) & 11.
Accesstuner is only compatible with V3 Accessports.

COBB Custom Features:
COBB 20 Bar Clutch Pressure: Allows increased clutch pressure from 16.5 to 20+ bar with only tuning.
COBB Traction Control: New COBB Advanced Traction control bridges the gap between your tire and the road. Traction control allows you to adapt your cars power to the maximum that your road and tire can accept. This continuously variable system not only adds a level of safety from reduced wheel slip it will also make your GTR preform its best at all times, whether on the street or track!
TCM Logging: Simultaneously log engine and transmission data monitors through Accesstuner to diagnose mechanical issues or improve transmission characteristics.
COBB Cranking and Post Start Fueling: Cranking enrichment tables expanded to help battle cranking and post start-up fuel conditions when running alternative fuels such as E85.
COBB Fuel Injector Characterization: Refined low pulsewidth control for larger injectors. COBB Rolling Boost: Load up the turbos to create boost for roll race events. Simply hold the cruise control button, “Set Coast” to build boost.
COBB Engine Safety: Fine tune sensor running condition thresholds to prevent engine failure. Tune from several customizable safety features including:
- Differential Fuel Pressure Compensation (requires aftermarket sensor to be retrofitted)
- Short Term Fuel Trim (STFT)
- Oil Temperature
- Coolant Temperature
- Knock Control
- Fuel Temperature Compensation
- Per Cylinder Compensation
COBB Flex Fuel: Never worry about finding an E85 pump station again! Simply add an ethanol content sensor to start blending ethanol tunes with your pump gas.
COBB Advanced Boost Control: Boasting COBB Boost Cut that outperforms the factory table, along with compensations for Intake Air Temperature and Barometric Pressure, you can be sure your car isn’t overboosting.
COBB Staged Injection: Allows control over an additional 6 injectors to provide sufficient fuel supply at higher horsepower levels but still retain stock-like drivability. Click for Staged Injection Video
COBB Multi-Fuel: Using the staged injection system to run two different types of fuel at the same time via two individual fuel systems and sets of injectors i.e. E85/ flex fuel primary fuel with methanol secondary fuel, or pump gas and race gas.
COBB Advanced Launch Control:
- Boost Off The Line: Dial in fuel, throttle, and timing to optimize turbo spool for that perfect launch.
- Bump Box: Use bump box to pre-stage, engage launch control, and then creep forward to fully stage while still in launch control mode.
COBB 5 BAR MAP Sensor: Fit 5 BAR MAP sensors into the manifold to compensate for large turbo Speed Density builds.
COBB Real Time Tuning: Make value changes to real time tuning tables instantly and immediately see the results without needing to wait for a typical ECU flash.
COBB Speed Density Tuning: Replaces OEM MAF based tuning logic with MAP based tuning logic, allowing for very big horsepower builds and removing the limitations of the stock MAF sensor.
COBB On The Fly Map Switching: Create up to 9 different maps for On-The-Fly switching. Uses the steering wheel cruise control switches or the Accessport to change maps while driving. Selected map indicated on factory in-dash boost gauge. Click for Video
COBB Boost Gauge Wrap Around:
- Customize boost display on the Multi-Function Display (MFD) with the following options: Configure the MFD to wrap after 20 psi and show excess boost.
- OR re-scale the boost gauge to a new max boost.
COBB Knock Flashing: View knock events, as they occur, on the factory in-dash display. Knock threshold can be set by tuner.
Standard Features
Tuner Auto Updater: Users can access tuning software updates through the "Help/Updates" menu.
Map Locking (Accesstuner PRO ONLY): Maps can be locked to prevent customer tampering, unauthorized distribution or inappropriate use.
Unlimited Vehicle Flashing (Accesstuner PRO ONLY): Allows an unlimited number of Accessport equipped vehicles to be tuned.
Integral Data Logging: Unlimited data logging of multiple channels of data from the ECU for detailed analysis of engine performance.
Integral Dashboard: Shows tuner chosen gauges to be displayed on-screen throughout the tuning process.
Unit Conversion: Ability to easily convert between metric and standard units so the tuner can use units he/she is most familiar with.
Map Database: Free access to the Off –The-Shelf (OTS) map database from COBB Tuning that provide excellent starting points for specific modifications.
Hot Keys: Convenient one-touch short-cut keys allow easy data manipulation of common tuning operations.
Wideband O2 Interfac: Open wideband O2 interface integrates with a wide selection of available wideband O2 sensors.
Embedded Stock Data: Stock tuning data (ROMs) are self-contained inside the software itself, providing the OEM baseline tune for each vehicle supported by the software.
Tuning Documentation: Step-by-step Accesstuner Help File provided by COBB Tuning Calibrators explains ECU logic and procedures for properly tuning your specific application. For release notes, update instructions, monitor & table list, tutorials, help documentation, CLICK HERE
