Mazdaspeed3 Map Updates + New Stage Packages
v400 Mazdaspeed3 and Mazdaspeed6 Off The Shelf Maps
At the core of this update for COBB’s Mazdaspeed platform are updated Off The Shelf (OTS) Maps for all currently supported USDM Mazdaspeed3 and Mazdaspeed6 vehicles. These v400 map files have received updates to better align with COBB’s vision of providing turn-key upgrade solutions while staying true to our mission statement. We take the role of being good stewards of the environment and our customers’ safety seriously. The COBB team will continue to be a leader in the industry by developing and delivering responsible tuning solutions across all of our supported platforms. Previous iterations of our Mazdaspeed OTS Maps contained disabled DTCs and toggles that were not necessary for vehicles to run properly while being used as intended with our Stage Power Packages. With the introduction of v400 map files we have re-enabled all superfluous trouble codes for all Mazdaspeed map files, including those related to catalytic converter efficiency. When used in conjunction with our newly re-worked Mazdaspeed3 GESI Catted Downpipe and Stage Power Packages (detailed below), users can expect DTC-free operation of their vehicle aside from an actual mechanical fault.
v400 Map Files can be downloaded from cobbtuning.com/maps and are included in Accessport Firmware v1.7.3.1-16781 or newer.
The COBB GESi Catted 3″ Downpipe is one of the key upgrades for the MAZDASPEED3 to unluck a huge amount of torque hidden away within the MZR 2.3 DISI Turbo engine from the factory. Considerable effort was spent designing a flow path with the fewest number of directional changes and minimal degrees of bend in order to eliminate restrictions that have been found in the stock system. The COBB downpipe delivers significantly improved exhaust flow, resulting in faster turbo response time and power gains across the entire rev range. This new version includes a GESi high flow catalytic converter that allows our Calibration Team to leave efficiency codes enabled in COBB created Off The Shelf Maps.
New Mazdaspeed3 Stage Packages
With the new downpipe available and OTS Maps to match, we have also updated our Mazdaspeed3 Stage Power Packages. Stage 2 and Stage 3 Power Packages for both the Gen1 and Gen2 Mazdaspeed3 now include the COBB GESi Catted 3″ Downpipe. Packages are unchanged aside from replacing the downpipe.

Hi good day i was wondering i have a hpfp internals, egr delete, full stainless steel exhaust, front mount intercooler and upgraded MAF sensor.I just recently bought a 3.5inch intake and my accesport is arriving soon with a 3.5bar map sensor.I was wondering if any of Maps on the accesport would be tuned for a 3/3.5″ intake
Hey there! None of the provided COBB OTS Maps will be compatible with that configuration. You will need to remove the EGR delete and reinstall the factory components in order to not have a Check Engine Light.

I have a 11 mazdaspeed 3 with a short ram intake, front mount intercooler, upgraded high pressure pump internals, stock cat, and 3 inch exhaust. What would be the best map to use for the best performance
Hey Jacob! Your modifications don’t match our OTS Maps exactly but are pretty close. As long as you are using all COBB parts, you can simply add our Turbo Inlet Hose and use our NexGen Stage2 OTS Maps.
