Our History With The R35 GT-R
Even prior to its introduction, there was talk about the GT-R being uncrackable; that car tuning would not be possible. With that in mind, COBB actually imported a JDM GT-R to get a head start on the USDM release which would follow. Within a short year’s time, COBB had completed extensive reverse engineering and testing efforts and had an Accessport with off the shelf maps in deep stages of development.
From there, COBB has routinely released significant additions like 12 injector capability, rolling anti-lag, and custom traction control. The Accessport and Accesstuner software offer all the custom features you need for anything you want to achieve with your GT-R.

Flex Fuel Upgrade & Tuning for Nissan-GT-R
Our Flex Fuel solutions for the Nissan GT-R are built around our innovative CAN Gateway system. The CAN Gateway Flex Fuel Kit for the GT-R includes an ethanol content sensor and integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s advanced electronics, enabling it to run efficiently on various ethanol blends, including E85. This kit works in conjunction with our Accessport tuning device, allowing real-time monitoring and adjustment of fuel and ignition parameters to optimize performance based on ethanol content.
Our GT-R Flex Fuel offerings are available in several power packages that include the CAN Gateway, Flex Fuel Kit, and high-flow fuel pump kits. CAN Flex Fuel & Fuel Pressure Kits
This is the vehicle-specific harness needed to inject data from the COBB CAN Gateway into your Nissan GT-R’s CAN bus. Available with a Gateway Mounting Bracket specific to RHD or LHD cars for straight-foward installation. The harness consists of M12 industrial connections at the Gateway and an OEM grade connector for the vehicle-side. High-Temp PUR jackets and anti-chafe sleeving ensure the harness is protected in the engine bay.
