2008-2014 WRXs owners are again able to tune for flex fuel within the COBB ecosystem!  All new WRX-specific Ethanol Content and Fuel Pressure kits are specifically designed to be used with the WRXs factory fuel lines and rails.  A Stage 2+ NexGen Flex Fuel Power Package includes everything you need to take a stock WRX to a full fledged flex fuel beast.  To support the new power package, COBB Off The Shelf (OTS) Maps are available for download from cobbtuning.com/maps.

2011-2014 WRX Flex Fuel Power Packages & Components

Our Stage 2 + NexGen Flex Fuel Power Package includes a host of airflow upgrades as well as fuel system upgrades that take your supported WRX to the next level! The included Ethanol Content & Fuel Pressure Sensors allow you to add power on demand when used in conjunction with our NexGen Flex Fuel Off The Shelf Maps. Simply add pump E85 to the tank to increase power output over standard E10 fuels. No map changing needed!

STAGE 2 + NEXGEN FLEX FUEL POWER PACKAGE WRX 2009-2014

The Subaru Stage 2+ NexGen Flex Fuel Power Package for WRX 2011-2014 Includes: Subaru Accessport V3 (AP3-SUB-003), SF Intake & Airbox, Silicone Turbo Inlet V2, LF BPV, 3-Port BCS, Top Feed 1050x Fuel Injectors, High Flow Fuel Pump, NexGen Flex Fuel Ethanol Sensor with Fuel Line Kit, Fuel Pressure Sensor Kit, NexGen Flex Fuel Upgrade Kit (Module and Harness), and the COBB Vehicle Badge.

SUBARU NEXGEN FLEX FUEL UPGRADE + FUEL PRESSURE KIT WRX 2008-2014

The COBB NexGen Flex Fuel Upgrade + Fuel Pressure Kit includes everything you need to integrate both ethanol content and fuel pressure sensors and send that data to your Subaru’s ECU. It consists of an ethanol content sensor with mounting bracket, fuel pressure sensor, and fuel lines to be used with factory Subaru fuel lines as well as a plug-and-play wiring harness.
The OE quality ethanol content sensor is secured to a bespoke powder coated aluminum bracket. Fuel is then fed to and from the sensor with pre-made fuel line with OE quick disconnect. A billet adapter is included to allow for seamless integration with the COBB Fuel Rail Line Kit.
The 0-100 PSI Pressure Sensor connects via 1/8″ NPT to the included 5/16″ EFI Quick Connect Billet Adaptor.
The NexGen Flex Fuel Module is mounted to the passenger side strut tower and handles all of the data processing before sending ethanol content to the ECU to be used by an Accessport-delivered NexGen Flex Fuel calibration.
Tying everything together is a custom, easy to install, plug-and-play wiring harness. Utilizing OE quality wiring and connectors makes adding NexGen Flex Fuel on your supported Subaru both quick and reliable.

SUBARU PREVIOUS ETHANOL SENSOR KIT TO NEXGEN FLEX FUEL ETHANOL SENSOR KIT UPGRADE WRX 2008-2014, STI 2008-2021 (MODULE + HARNESS ONLY)

This NexGen Flex Fuel Module and Harness ONLY kit is intended to be used for customers who have our previous implementation of Flex Fuel installed and do not need a new ethanol content sensor in order to convert to a NexGen Stage 2+Flex Fuel Power Package configuration.

SUBARU FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR KIT (5 PIN) WRX 2008-2014

A plug and play solution enabling users to monitor Fuel Pressure on a Custom Accessport monitor. The Fuel Pressure Sensor Kit uses OEM quality connectors, making fit and finish second to none. Utilizing existing factory inputs, this kit will allow users to easily monitor Fuel Pressure on supported Subaru vehicles.  An OEM quality plug-and-play harness seamlessly integrates with the COBB NexGen Flex Fuel Module for your Subaru.  The 0-100 PSI Pressure Sensor connects via 1/8″ NPT to the included 5/16″ EFI Quick Connect Billet Adaptor.  This kit is designed to be used on cars that retain factory fuel lines.

2008-2014 WRX OTS Maps & Power Gains

The following set of COBB Off The Shelf (OTS) Maps are created to be used in conjunction with the full Stage 2 + NexGen Flex Fuel Power Package.  When using the package and OTS Maps as intended, expect power output represented in the dyno graph and chart below.  For configurations that fall outside the support of our OTS Map assortment, please contact a COBB Protuner for a custom tune.

Custom Tuning Support
