S tronic Vehicle Support

The Audi A3 (8V) generation can be a bit confusing when it comes to transmission tuning applications. From 2015 through 2020, there are several different combinations based on the year, body type, and drivetrain options. Luckily, the Accessport makes it simple. We support all of them on one device!

For new customers, the Accessport can be purchased with ECU and transmission tuning together. If you already own an A3 Accessport for ECU tuning, simply purchase the S tronic upgrade online and the new transmission maps and features can be applied through a quick easy update. (see links below)

The application of COBB Off-The-Shelf Stronic maps transforms the shifting performance of the transmission with improved shift scheduling, faster response, stronger clutch line pressure, and several adjustments and feature additions as shown below.

Custom Tuning

The provided Off-The-Shelf maps are outstanding for the street and track but the nature of transmission tuning is quite a bit more subjective than ECU management. So if you want different transmission calibrations for a different shifting schedule or adjusted custom launch control to perfectly suit your needs, custom S tronic tuning via one of our approved COBB Protuners is an option as well.
