COBB AccessPORT for the 2013 Ford Focus ST
COBB is proud to announce the AccessPORT for the 2013 Ford Focus ST. The AccessPORT is the industry leading OEM ECU flashing, managing and monitoring assistant. Unlock power hidden within the ECU by replacing conservative factory settings with more aggressive calibrations. The result is impressive gains in torque and horsepower while maintaining a high degree of safety. The AccessPORT comes with pre-installed maps that are optimized for common Ford Focus ST mods.
The AccessPORT currently comes pre-installed with Stage 1 maps for a 7% increase in peak horsepower and a 20% increase in peak torque. The area under the curve is also massively increased with maximum power gains of 12% in HP and 25% in torque when using 93 octane fuel. Mapping is also available for 91 and 87 octane fuels to accommodate your local pump. Stay tuned for more map and feature updates as Ford Focus ST research and development continues! Finally it is here! An accessport for Focus ST. Now I can finally order one. This made my last car so much more fun.
Will the stage 1, 91 octane map do anything for an otherwise stock Focus ST?
I’ve looked at Ford’s intake system and it look rather good for a production car.
Thanks,
Kevin
It will! We agree, the stock intake is very well designed and we will be utilizing some of it’s features on our own intake design. But, even without any other modifications, you will see some very noticeable power gains over stock: Check out this dyno graph as measured to the wheels at our Austin location.

Will there be a version for the standard Ford Focus 2.0 ECU tuning kit?

Hi, I’m from singapore and I’m interested in getting the accessport for focus st2013. My question is if your maps covers fuel with 98 or 95 octane levels. We are using these octane level fuel here in singapore. If not, will it be detrimental to use your current map settings for 93 octane?
Right now I’m also looking at your cai and inter cooler. So I presume that I will be using stage 2 tune of the accessport. Same concerns about the fuel octane levels.
I can see the price of the package on your website. Please advise the cost of shipping over to singapore.
We don’t offer world support right now, but hopefully soon! Once we do, we will offer 95 and 98 RON fuel maps!
Ian@COBB
Oh yeah I forgot, wanna get the rear motor mount too.
Will this find its way to the Escape/Edge/Explorer with the 2.0 Ecoboost engines?
We don’t have any current plans to support Ford SUVs with Ecoboost engines but it’s never completely out of the question!

Any future plans for the Fiesta ST 1.6 Turbo?
Yes, we are currently awaiting delivery of our Fiesta ST. Once it arrives, all hands on deck! – Marshall@COBB
Do you have any plans to release an accessport for the newly released Fiesta ST?
We do! We will be taking delivery of a Fiesta ST in the next few weeks and will begin on product development. – Marshall@COBB
I’d buy this for my Escape 2.0 ecoboost if available!
is it safe to assume that my warranty will be void by using this?
Not necessarily! Some Ford dealerships will be carrying our Accessport and other products. – Marshall@COBB

Thanks

Cant wait for the Fiesta ST software, “Evrybody” and his uncle have it in development, but no real results as yet. Especially from the UK based tuners. Quite frustrating.
Gerhard, you can keep track of our progress over at FiestaST.net! – Marshall@COBB

Any news for 98 octane too… Also can you safely bump the stock levels of boost from 19.5 to 21 psi in peak. And standard up also by the same gain 1.5psi safely?? I am from Aus and we only use 98 here!!!
Aaron, your 98 should be equivalent to the 93 octane we use here. Our standard OTS maps will safely run ~21psi, perhaps even a touch higher if you have the modifications and fuel to support it. You can find more information by reading the Map Notes documentation.
