COBB Tuning is proud to announce the immediate availability of the COBB Sport Spring Kit for the 2007-2012 MAZDASPEED3. The MAZDASPEED3 Sport Spring Kit lowers the car one inch in front and in back, giving the car an aggressive stance. The lower center of gravity and increased spring stiffness offer sporty handling and quicker response, without being harsh or bouncy.
The COBB Sport Springs for the MAZDASPEED3 were developed through on-track testing and competition on the COBB MAZDASPEED3 Time Attack car. The one inch drop effectively lowers the center of gravity of the car while staying safely within the operating range of the suspensions’ geometry. Front spring rate is increased by 15% and rear spring rate increased by 25% to counteract the understeer inherent in front wheel drive. The increased rates reduce body roll, firm up the ride for quick response and work well with the factory dampers. This kit is a direct replacement for the factory equipment. The COBB Sport Springs are powder-coated COBB Blue for an attractive finish that resists corrosion.

I bought these springs a year ago. I noticed that you do not have them listed online or in your catalog.
Was there as issue with these springs? I see you now have Eiback instead. OK, need to know why the change.
Mike, there were no issue with the springs at all. At this point it simply makes more sense for us to offer another manufacturer’s springs rather than continuing to produce our own.
