Our Mazdaspeed3 recently competed in a NASA Time Trial event at Firebird Raceway in Arizona. This was a unique night event, which presented a unique challenge. Eric Bizek, one of our talented fabricators, was at the wheel in the video you can watch below. He did an excellent job, particularly when you consider he had never been to this track before as well as the fact that he has very little seat time in the Mazdaspeed3. I’m sure over the course of this year, that’ll change! We prefer to use drivers from within the company whenever possible. Not only does it demonstrate the fact that we are all here because it’s what we’re passionate about, it also provides unmeasurable benefit to the quality and effectiveness of the parts we offer because the people designing them are competing with them and obviously what the best possible result. Our hope is that this allows us to produce a better part… oh yeah, and that we have fun doing it! 😉
