Subaru EZ30R Pro Series Engine
We’ve recently started building more and more of these, so I thought we should share some build pics. What you’re looking at here is a EZ30R Subaru engine (3.0L, 6 cylinder boxer) that normally comes in the Subaru Outback/Legacy 3.0R and Tribeca. These engines come normally aspirated from the factory, but in the quest for more power people are looking to use these in force inducted applications.
Shown here is our Pro Series variant of the EZ30R. We have custom ductile iron sleeves installed along with forged internals, specific for high power (600-900HP) turbo use.
The heads shown are custom built and coated, and come standard with variable intake cam timing and lift. When you’re looking for more than what a 4-cylinder EJ-series can support…
What are the transmission options? Is WRX fitament w/ stock 5 speed a possibility? I’m coming back from Iraq in august and I’m trying to put together something different but still subaru. My power goal is a reliable 400hp. Thanks, Paul.
I have a Tribeca and I’m wondering if any of the parts that are being produced for EZ30R will be offered to the public. Thanks.
Are these still available?
can you ship supercharged EZ30R engines to UK or have you a European agent who can do the work? Can you supply a stronger clutch for manual gearbox cars?
Thanks
Are there any available? What’s the price tag?
Thanks
These are no longer available.
that is upsetting, what was the cost?
Wow.. how much would that cost? And what would it all take to get it in an 05′ WRX?
Thanks
